3 Daily Fantasy Baseball Players to Avoid on 7/27/17
Luis Perdomo has a nice home matchup against the Mets, but his recent form makes him tough to trust on tonight's five-game slate.

Luis Perdomo, SP, San Diego Padres

Even with just 10 starters to choose from and Luis Perdomo pitching at Petco against the New York Mets, it's hard to trust him tonight.

Perdomo's season-long numbers -- 18.1% strikeout rate, 8.7% walk rate and 9.2% swinging-strike rate -- look decent enough, but he's in the midst of a skid. The San Diego Padres' righty hasn't posted a single-game swinging-strike rate of more than 9.3% in any of his past four outings.

After a nice start, Perdomo has gotten progressively worse each month.

Our models have Perdomo slotted in as the night's sixth-best arm. He's not appealing in cash games, and he doesn't have the upside we need in tournaments.
