4 Daily Fantasy Baseball Players to Avoid on 6/6/17
Masahiro Tanaka has had a miserable season, and it doesn't get any easier tonight against the Red Sox. Which other players should we fade on tonight's 15-game main slate?

Drew Pomeranz, SP, Boston Red Sox

FanDuel Price: $8,400

Drew Pomeranz is coming off back-to-back 50-plus point FanDuel outings, but it might be tempting fate to expect a third.

Overall, Pomeranz is having a fine season, posting a 3.38 SIERA and 29.0% strikeout rate. However, his most recent outing was the first time he threw at least seven innings since August of last year. He had 16 starts in between.

He simply doesn't pitch deep into games, lowering both his floor and ceiling, which is particularly dicey on a slate oozing with pitching upside.

Against a New York Yankees team that has a 39.1% hard-hit rate and 128 wRC+ over the last seven days, along with a 4.62 implied team total, Pomeranz isn't worth the risk.
