Daily Fantasy Baseball: Batted-Ball Positive Regression Candidates for Week 10
Nicholas Castellanos is hitting lefties hard, but isn't seeing the results DFS players are hoping for. Who else is due for some positive regression?

Aaron Altherr, OF, Philadelphia Phillies

Aaron Altherr has been solid against lefties this season, posting a 34.2% hard-hit rate, .327 wOBA, and an Isolated Power (ISO) of .261 with just a 15.4% strikeout rate. Lately, though, he hasn't seen great results, collecting no extra-base hits in his last eight games.

However, his recent batted-ball numbers suggest he is seeing the ball well. Over the last 14 days, his average exit velocity is 92.9 miles per hour, and his soft-hit rate is only 12.9%. Altherr will get some hittable pitchers in the Philadelphia Phillies' upcoming series against the Atlanta Braves in Bartolo Colon, Jaime Garcia, and R.A. Dickey.
