Fantasy Baseball: 4 Pitchers To Stream For Week 10
Veteran lefty Jaime Garcia has given Atlanta quality innings over the past month, and he's set up to continue thriving in Week 10, both for the Braves and for pitching-starved fantasy owners.

J.A. Happ, Toronto Blue Jays

Starts: June 5th at Oakland Athletics, June 10th at Seattle Mariners
ESPN ownership: 43 percent

Calling foul on J.A. Happ's surprisingly excellent 2016 season is a popular pastime among stat-conscious fantasy owners. The skepticism is understandable -- as with Happ's 2009 campaign with the Philadelphia Phillies, 2016 was light on strikeouts, heavy on walks, and touched with batted-ball fortune. Seeing Happ struggle to a 4.50 ERA over four abbreviated starts during his injury-plagued 2017 thus has a certain "I told you so" flavor.

But don't let the smug dismissal of Happ stop you from adding the veteran lefty for this week's west coast two-step. Even after shelling Tyler Anderson last week (much to my utter chagrin), the Mariners still occupy the lower tier of power producers against lefties across the last month.

You'll find the Athletics to be decidedly below average in that power column, as well, while also finding Oakland tops across the majors in strikeout rate against lefties over that span.

Don't be surprised if the unfashionable Toronto Blue Jays veteran sees his fantasy ownership climb significantly this weekend -- even if his rest-of-season prospects are murky, he's clearly the top streamer target for Week 10.
