5 Daily Fantasy Baseball Value Plays for 5/17/17
Ian Happ's salary is still barely above minimum salary tonight while the Cubs' offense is in a great spot with the wind blowing out in Wrigley. Who else should you target for big-time daily fantasy baseball value on Wednesday?

Ian Happ, 2B, Chicago Cubs

FanDuel Price: $2,300

Despite a strong start to his major league career -- including two home runs in three games -- Ian Happ remains priced barely above minimum salary.

Three games obviously isn't enough to draw any real conclusions, but he also looked excellent from the dish in Triple-A this year with a .411 wOBA in 116 plate appearances

What makes him really interesting, though, is that he will likely be hitting near the top of the order for a Chicago Cubs team that boasts a massive 6.39 implied total. The forecast calls for warm weather and strong winds blowing out in Wrigley, while the Cubs also draw a good matchup against Cincinnati Reds righty Scott Feldman and his 4.63 skill-interactive ERA (SIERA).
