4 Under-the-Radar Daily Fantasy Baseball Plays for 4/6/17
Making his first start for Atlanta, Jaime Garcia has a nice opportunity with potentially low ownership.

Jaime Garcia, SP, Atlanta Braves

FanDuel Price: $7,200

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

With The Dark Knight, Matt Harvey, making his 2017 debut, along with the New York Mets installed as heavy favorites (-172), he should be heavily played on the Thursday slate. Jaime Garcia of the Atlanta Braves, fresh off the second-worst hard-hit rate of his career (31.1%), should see low ownership.

Why You Should Use Him:

While the Mets were a middling lineup against lefties last season (13th in wOBA), they struck out quite a bit, whiffing at a rate of 22.3%.

This provides a nice opportunity for Garcia, as he recorded his second-best strikeout rate of his career at 20.2% in 2016.

Given the potential for some nice strikeout upside, Garcia makes for a sneaky play.
