Zack Moss signs 2-year deal with Cincinnati Bengals
The Cincinnati Bengals have reportedly signed free agent running back Zack Moss to a 2-year contract.
Moss' new deal is reportedly for $8 million with just over $4 million in guarantees. The team announced that they would be releasing veteran rusher Joe Mixon shortly after signing Moss, position the former Colts rusher to operate as the Bengals' lead back in 2024.
Moss had some strong outings while filling in for an injured Jonathan Taylor in 2022 and 2023, showing his ability to handle heavy workloads and produce effectively. He averaged over 111 rushing yards per game as the Colts' de facto starter in Weeks 2-5 last year and remained involved after Taylor's return.
