Michael Brantley on Astros bench Game 3
Houston Astros outfielder Michael Brantley is not in the lineup for Game 3 of the American League Division Series on Tuesday against right-hander Sonny Gray and the Minnesota Twins.
Brantley will head to the bench after going 2-for-7 with a walk, a steal, and 2 strikeouts in the first two games of the series. Yainer Diaz will serve as the designated hitter and bat sixth for Houston while Yordan Alvarez makes another start in left field.
