Leeds vs. Tottenham

Tottenham are a mediocre 12W-3D-9L on the season, and they are not in great form, losing four of their last five games. However, during their recent cold spell, they managed to defeat Manchester City away from home, showing they are a capable side when they are at their best.
Leeds are just 5-8-12 overall and are also in poor form, taking just one point from their last five matches. They have conceded 16 goals in their last four games and have given up a minimum of three goals in each match in that span. Leeds have conceded more goals than any team in the league, and their -17.8 expected goal difference (xGD), ranks second-worst, according to FBRef.
Tottenham are quite clearly the more talented side, and they should get a victory here even if they are not at their best.
Brentford vs. Newcastle
Newcastle to win +200
Brentford and Newcastle are almost tied in the table, but they are going in opposite directions. Brentford has 24 points from 26 matches, while Newcastle has 22 points from 24 matches. But Newcastle are flying high, going 3-1-0 in their last four games, compared to a Brentford squad that has managed to pull a mere one point from their last seven matches.
In part due to a good January transfer window, Newcastle have finally turned the corner after spending most of the season in the relegation zone, and their uptick in results has been much more than luck. They have outshot their opponents in three of their last four outings, including their 1-1 draw against fifth-place West Ham last weekend. In fact, Newcastle outshot West Ham 14-11 and had 53% possession in a game they easily could have won away from home, which would have given them a four-game winning streak.
The competition gets much easier for the Magpies against Brentford this weekend, and if they put in another similar performance, they should get the three points.
Everton vs. Manchester City
Manchester City -1 (no push) -130
Everton still have some good name recognition in the EPL, but they are a terrible team this season.
Sporting a 6-3-13 record, the Toffees are barely above the relegation zone. Everton are in 16th place and have lost five of their last six matches. Their poor form runs deeper, as they are just 2-2-12 in their last 16 games.
Manchester City are, of course, at the other end of the table with a 20-3-3 record and a +46 goal differential. They have won 12 games by two or more goals this season (in all competitions), and City are a perfect 6-0-0 against the current bottom-five teams in the league, with a beautiful +20 goal difference in that split. They have won each of those games by at least two goals, including a 3-0 home victory against Everton earlier this season.
In the midst of a renewed title race, City should have no problem winning at Everton, and they should win by multiple goals.
