Leeds vs. Chelsea

Chelsea to win -135

Chelsea have had an up and down season, but they have been particularly good recently, going 6W-3D-0L in their last nine games. The Blues have now launched back up into the top four in the table and look poised to qualify for the Champions League.

Chelsea are second in the league in expected goal difference at +20.5, per FBRef, which is 4.6 goals better than third-ranked Liverpool. Chelsea clearly have a good team, and they may have room to move up even further in the table given their expected goal difference.

Leeds are an average side, at best, and their 11-2-14 record puts them in 11th place in the table. They have a -3.2 expected goal difference, which also ranks 11th. Leeds are losing more than 50% of their games, and Chelsea are playing at an elite level recently. Chelsea should be able to get three points from this game.

Crystal Palace vs. West Brom

West Brom to win +270

This matchup features the two worst teams in the league by expected goal difference, with West Brom in last at -26.7 and Palace in 19th at -20.0. Palace have done much better in the table, as they have gone 9-7-12 thus far, putting them in 13th place.

West Brom have been brutal this year at 3-9-16, but they are in decent form of late, having gone 1-3-1 in their last five games. They will be desperate for a win on Saturday to keep alive any glimmer of hope at avoiding relegation, so they should push for the full three points rather than settling for a tie.

Crystal Palace may be slightly better, but the gap in talent is not as large as the standings indicate. West Brom to win is an enticing bet, as the odds are almost 3-1 and there is not a vast difference in quality between the two teams.

Arsenal vs. Tottenham

Tottenham to win +170

Tottenham are 13-6-8 with 45 points, putting them 7 points and 3 places ahead of Arsenal in the table. Tottenham have also been in good form recently, winning their last three games by a combined score of 9-0. Spurs should come into this rivalry game with plenty of confidence.

Arsenal have done well in the Europa League and have advanced to the Round of 16 in that competition, but the EPL has been a different story. The Gunners have been pedestrian this year at 11-5-11 in the league and are looking at a likely mid-table finish.

Tottenham defeated Arsenal 2-0 earlier in the season, and they have proven to be the better team throughout the length of the EPL campaign thus far. Tottenham to win at almost 2-1 looks like a great betting opportunity.
