Crystal Palace vs. Arsenal

Crystal Palace +1 (no push) -110

After winning only one of their previous 12 league matches, the Gunners finally won again on New Year’s Day against Manchester United in what many believe could be a result that helps them straighten out their season. However, even in their win against United, Arsenal were mostly unimpressive as they were out possessed by the Red Devils while they remained even on shots attempted.

Sure, it was important for Arsenal to get a win from a mental perspective under their new skipper, but their play on the field was still not overly inspiring and was certainly not enough to erase their previous struggles. Crystal Palace remains ahead of Arsenal in the league table, and yet they are essentially even odds to win or draw.

The odds on Palace are too good to pass up here as bettors are currently able to get win/draw odds on a Palace team that is playing at a higher level than Arsenal is. The Manchester United game aside, Arsenal have disappointed their fans time and time again this season, and this weekend will likely be no different, especially considering the Gunners are playing away from home (just two wins in 10 away matches).

Everton vs. Brighton

Everton to win -115

Everton have been in good form recently, and they are 3W-2D-1L in their last six games despite facing a difficult schedule that has included matches against Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City. The Toffees appear to have legitimately turned around their season after a horrendous first few months.

In addition, Everton will have home field advantage to work with against Brighton, and the Toffees have been good at home all season long. Their 5-2-3 home record is good enough for the sixth-best home mark in the EPL and they are facing a Brighton team with a 2-2-6 record away from home.

Everton are in good form and are playing at home, so we should expect them to earn a victory when they face 14th-place Brighton on Saturday.

Leicester vs. Southampton

Leicester to win -175

Leicester have been one of the best teams in the league all season long, but they are still not getting the proper respect from the oddsmakers.

The Foxes are currently sitting at -175 to win at home against the Saints, giving them an implied winning probability of 63.6%. However, Leicester are currently 7-2-1 at home on the year (70% winning percentage), and they have already demolished Southampton on the road in the famous 9-0 beatdown earlier in the year.

Southampton will likely put up a much better fight than they did in the previous fixture, but Leicester should still have no problem winning this match. The Foxes are 10 spots ahead in the table and are 15 spots ahead in WhoScored.com's team ratings. This is one of the more lopsided matchups of the weekend, but the line doesn't reflect that as Manchester United (-300 home against Norwich), Chelsea (-360 versus Burnley) and Wolves (-230 home to Newcastle) are all bigger favorites. An astounding 89% of the money is on Leicester to win, per oddsFire.
