Callum Wilson, Forward, Bournemouth

Salary: $9,500

Wilson is tied with Diogo Jota as the seventh-highest priced forward on the slate, and he has averaged 17.62 FanDuel points this season. However, he has failed to reach 11 FanDuel points in three straight matches, averaging 5.93 FanDuel points, while failing to produce more than one shot on target in any match over that span.

The Cherries are the slight underdog against Brighton, and the match has a 55.4% chance of totaling under 2.5 goals, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. At only five points shy of safety, Brighton needs to take advantage of every remaining home match to ensure their place in the Premier League next season, while Bournemouth, although not locked in for next season, can afford a poor performance away from Dean Court.

The Seagulls have conceded the sixth-fewest goals (16) on their home pitch this season, while the Cherries recorded the sixth-fewest number of away goals (15) this season and have scored fewer than two goals in 10 of their last 11 road matches. Bournemouth, according to oddsmakers, have a 73.7% chance of scoring while Wilson, despite sitting outside of the top three on this slate in shots per road match at 1.71, comes in with a 36.4% chance of notching at least one goal.

With the very high-priced forwards seemingly in smash spots, Wilson, who may continue his recent struggles with Brighton relinquishing the third-fewest shots (11.4) and second-fewest shots on target (3.93) per home match on this slate, should be avoided in favor of those above $10,000 (if you have the extra cash). If DFS players are looking for cheaper forwards, Aleksandar Mitrovic ($8,500) -- who has performed better on his home pitch -- and Dwight McNeil ($8,500) could both offer upside as well as some savings.
