Gylfi Sigurdsson, Midfielder, Everton

FanDuel Price: $9,500

Similar to the forward spot, Chelsea offer two attractive options in midfield -- Eden Hazard ($11,500) and Willian ($9,000) -- but there's not a lot to love after that, at least among the top-priced midfielders.

You don't need me to tell you Hazard -- who will likely be the day's highest-owned player -- has the ability to break this slate with a monster day, something that could be in the cards at home versus Huddersfield, so let's peep Sigurdsson.

Everton are at home against Wolves, a matchup of two sides battling for the top spot outside of the big six. This game has a pedestrian 2.5-goal over/under, but there's reason to think there's some high-scoring upside here for both sides. In EPL play in January (four matches), Wolves conceded two goals to Crystal Palace, three to Manchester City and three to Leicester City. Everton blanked Huddersfield last time out, but before that, they allowed two goals to Southampton and three to Millwall, a second-flight side, in the FA Cup, a match in which Everton fielded a strong starting XI.

Sigurdsson's DFS outlook is always boosted by his role as penalty taker, and Lucas Digne's suspension should put Sigurdsson back on free-kick duty, as well. He's got at least 16 FanDuel points in four of his last six outings, including a massive 54.7-point day. Sigurdsson should be heavily involved when the Toffees go forward, and Wolves are good enough to require him to chip in defensively, lifting his floor.

Elsewhere, if David Brooks ($9,000) plays, he's in a great spot at Cardiff, and he's been red-hot, notching three goals and three assists in his last seven games. But Brooks, one of this year's breakout players in the EPL, had to be subbed off on Wednesday, so he may not be fit in time for Saturday's matchup.
