Manchester City are still contenders for the title despite two straight losses. In fact, before the fixtures on Boxing Day, City were still the favorite to win the title, per oddsmakers. City are now second-favorite to win the title, ahead of Tottenham.

City are Liverpool's next opponent after Arsenal, and that crucial game will take place in Manchester. A Liverpool win in that one could mean a possible four-game lead on the defending champions -- and possibly the biggest challenger to this season's title -- depending on the results of this weekend. However, Liverpool cannot overlook Arsenal this weekend.

Everton and Leicester should also be wary of looking ahead. They are both favorites, albeit small, in their respective Matchweek 20 fixtures, but they face one another in the next match. They are separated by just one point in the table and have a chance at European competition next season. Neither team can afford to lose points to keep their sights on the top six, but they are each other's closest competition.

Liverpool, Everton, and Leicester are all playing in trap games, so hopefully the managers will keep them focused. It is still something to consider when putting together lineups.
