Both are listed as 1.5-goal home favorites and will be teams to zero in on.
Elsewhere, no other sides are more than a 0.5-goal favorite. Remarkably, City (53.5%) own the next-best implied win odds despite a tough road matchup at Chelsea, with Spurs (51.2%) not far behind for their road fixture at Leicester.
