3 FanDuel Premier League Under-the-Radar Plays for Matchweek 12
With Tottenham likely to command heavy ownership, other players -- like Crystal Palace's Wilfried Zaha -- could go overlooked. Which other contrarian options could pay off?

Wilfred Ndidi, Midfielder, Leicester City

Salary: $8,500

Outside of Tottenham, Leicester City should carry the highest ownership on Saturday as they host a Burnley side that have conceded the second-most goals in the Premier League this season. The major news impacting this match is the absence of Leicester's midfielder James Maddison ($9,000), who has been an excellent and critical creative force all season for the Foxes. With Maddison out, ownership may shift to his replacement, Kelechi Iheanacho ($7,500), or last week's goal scorer Demarai Gray ($7,500).

Operating as a defensive midfielder, Ndidi might go slightly overlooked as the public chases the prior success of Gray and Iheanacho, who have scored a combined three goals so far this season. Despite his on-paper role as a defensive midfielder, Ndidi has become more involved in the final third in recent matches.

He has six chances created in his last three matches, after having only three in the eight matches prior. Playing every Premier League match for Leicester so far this season, Ndidi has failed to reach double-digit FanDuel points only once. Ndidi's increased role in the final third may yield even more opportunity in Maddison's absence, which would be great news against a Burnley side that have allowed an average of 2.5 goals per match on the road this campaign.
