Forward -- Harry Kane, Tottenham

FanDuel Price: $12,000

With Manchester City a 2.5-goal home favorite versus Brighton, Sergio Aguero (12,500) will be among the slate's most popular players. While it's a sublime spot for Aguero, he's also not a bad fade for game-theory reasons. Plus, there are a bevy of delectable ways to get exposure to City.

Outside of City, we could look to Arsenal, the slate's other big home favorite (1.5-goal), for forward plays, but there are reasons to be wary of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang ($11,000) in the matchup with Watford.

That brings us to Kane. Given Kane's slumping form and both Aguero and Aubameyang being on large favorites, Kane could fly under the radar a bit, at least relative to his usual ownership numbers. And it's not like Tottenham's situation is a bad one as they are 1.0-goal road favorites against Huddersfield with a 1.75-goal implied total.

Kane is incredibly goal-reliant in DFS. He's scored less than 9.0 FanDuel points in three of six matches, but in the other three, he's put up 44.0, 32.6 and 31.0 points. His role as penalty taker is a huge boost to his value, and while he's struggled at times to start the campaign, he's still got three goals and one assist in six EPL fixtures.

Kane's EPL goal totals over the last three seasons, starting with 2017-18, read: 30, 29 and 25. Over the last two campaigns, he's bagged 59 goals in 64 league starts. The floor is scary, but the upside is so tasty. He could realize that upside against a Huddersfield side that has conceded a league-worst 14 goals this season through six matches, and this comes a year after they allowed 58 goals in 38 matches.
