Aguero has started all three matches thus far for City, and he's in a pristine spot this weekend as his side are 2.5-goal favorites over Newcastle United with a 3.0-goal implied total -- both of which are slate-best marks.

At home against Chelsea last week, Newcastle held a meager 19% of the possession, and they may see even less of the ball at the Etihad. In two matches versus City in 2017-18, Newcastle saw 22% and 19% possession, and the Citizens averaged an eye-popping 21.5 shots per match. We should see a similar kind of dominating performance from City on Saturday.

Aguero has three goals this year, all of which came in a 6-1 thrashing of Huddersfield, and he could put in another GPP-winning type of display against the Magpies. For game-theory reasons, you have to at least think about fading Aguero because he's likely to be the slate's most popular player, and if you do fade the Argentine, you'll need to load up on City elsewhere.
