Fantasy Football league etiquette question
NFL makes a stat correction following week 15. League commissioner doesn't input that correction until AFTER week 16 games have begun. League commissioner switches teams in week 16 championship as a result of this move. Fair or foul?

I agree with the other comments. It sucks to think you're in the championship and then get bounced due to a score correction. But the other result, leaving the team who actually won a semi-final out of the championship game, is the worse outcome.

I think it's a tough call to make, but the correct one.

In commissioner's defense they don't put out these stat corrections until Thursday sometimes which doesn't give much time to get it fixed. Some sites didn't even put the Robinson correction in even though it was an official change. He's stuck between a rock and a hard place and I think that was the correct move.

Sounds like your league is still going manually? Did the same when I started mine back in '92-'93, but times have changed…

You got the short end and someone else didn't. But it is correct, and that's fair. Back in the day we all agreed the USA Today was our official tracker; print the following day was official. End of discussion. Yes, corrections came about, but we agreed to stand by first print no matter the outcome and it was up to each team owner to confirm their game results. As commissioner, I made a mistake once. ONCE. Point is we all ate from the same pie at the same time. It kept things simple and it kept things fair. Think about it; even NFL game officials make mistakes. Sometimes it works for you, sometimes it works against you, but it was the same for everyone. Just a thought...

This is why a Co and/or assistant commissioner is a goof idea. My league has a Commissioner, Assistant, and a Treasure, that all have total control of the league. e are the Watchdogs of each other. You as a member of the League, should stay onto of the changes also. So, to answer your question, Yes it sucks, but it is the fair way to handle it.
