Drop Eli for a Kicker?

If I make it through the playoffs, I would be ok with Wilson for the rest of the way right? Need to drop someone for a kicker. Keeping Gates cause both of my TE's are fragile. Contemplating if I should drop Eli, Langford or Spiller.
