Looking towards next season who are my best options to keep as keepers (Need 3)

Ok so my keepers from last year were Demaryius Thomas, Adrian Peterson, and Le'veon Bell. I still have Bell on my roser as a stash even though he is on IR. When Charles got hurt this year another team dropped him and I picked him up as a possible keeper for next year so he also is stashed on my bench. During one of the weeks I also got Allen Robinson as a waiver claim so I have him as well.. So I need your input on who to keep out of these players please:
Cam Newton, AP, Demaryius Thomas, Allen Robinson, Mike Evans, Le'Veon Bell, Jamaal Charles, Martavis Bryant....I am thinking just stack up at RB with Charles, AP, and Bell but then I contemplate if I should maybe keep Robinson over Thomas...decisions decisions...your comments are most appreciated.

What are the penalties for keeping or you just keep three and then the draft starts? I would do AP, Bell, Charles. Do you need to decide at this point already?

no, I was just looking ahead...yes, we have to keep 3 then whoever isnt kept goes back into the draft
