RB for TE trade - need help to get to Playoffs!

Go figure! I have the most Points For in my league, but also the most Points Against, with a diff of +3 pts/game and am sitting at 4-6. Desperate to get a couple of wins to eek into playoffs, hoping to get some trade advice.

My running back cup runneth over! I have Matt Forte, LeSean McCoy, LeGarette Blount, and Doug Martin. Where I think I need help though, is at TE where I have Zach Ertz and Eric Ebron. The potential trade partner I am talking with owns Greg Olsen and Jordan Reed at TE, and Justin Forsett, James Starks, Chris Johnson, and Jeremy Langford for RBs.

I think where I can hedge my bets is I have a strong WR corps (Julio Jones, Brandon Marshall, Larry Fitzgerald, and Golden Tate) and can plug in either Fitzgerald or Marshall into my flex in case I have another RB injury.

I was offered:
Zach Ertz and Matt Forte for Jordan Reed and James Starks, but not sure that's in my best interest

Have these scenarios in mind and would love some feedback:
1: Zach Ertz and Doug Martin or LeGarrette Blount for Justin Forsett and Jordan Reed
2 Zach Ertz and Matt Forte for James Starks and Greg Olsen
3.Or some other scenario that makes more sense
4. Or don't get down on my bad luck, stay with who I have and it will get better

So in summary... HELP!!!!

100% agree with VSOP. Another option is to stream TE's based on match ups. I mean with Delanie Walker, B. Watson type of guys always floating around I'd not give up any important assets.

i would be okay with ertz and forte for starks and olsen. but i'd probably just hold and see if sanchez will start finding ertz for scores. bradford has been killing the eagles offense with his lack of downfield throws. i would trade forte if you thought he won't get his job back. langford doing really well and forte is a ufa at year's end. not sure why people love golden tate. he was only good when megatron was hurt last year. i'd much rather stash an upside guy over him.

do not trade Blount or Forte. You have plenty of RB's so just trade Martin for Reed straight up and hope he doesn't get injured.
