What do I do from here?

Over the last couple weeks I lost Jamaal Charles and then Arian Foster due to injury, traded Ingram and Fitz to get Forte, and then lost Forte and Keenan Allen to injury. My team is now in shambles and I have no idea how to salvage it.
Current team
QBs: Palmer, Luck, Dalton (this week only)
RBs: Ivory, Lamar Miller, Hillman, Forte, Langford, Ryan Mathews
WRs: Julio, Dez, Maclin, Decker
TE: Eifert

What can I do to save my season? I'm currently in first place but only by points for, they're saying Forte should be back but no one knows how long.
I feel like I should go out and get a RB but I don't know what to trade away, it doesn't seem like anyone wants Luck and I don't have much WR depth

Dalton/Luck can be traded for maybe a CJ2k or maybe a Woodhead.. Look to see what some other teams may want an upgrade at QB but have been too afraid to shop some of their players.. Be ready to get rejected though. I don't see too many problems with your team right now though.. But if you insist on getting a RB you may also have to consider Decker or Dez.. Sell high on Dez now with the promise of Romo returning.. that's all I can think of

If you are in 1st place, you are still in decent shape. Forte will be back by fantasy playoffs. Ivory, Miller, and Hillman is not too bad and your WR's are very good. I think you are fine (unless this an 8 team league or something). You definitely don't need all those QB's. See if you can get a decent RB for Palmer or Dalton. Palmer just had a huge game and has a tough schedule coming up so it may be a good sell high chance.
