huge blockbuster trade...need input
My team:
QB - Ryan, Palmer
RB - Ivory, Woodhead, spiller, jstew, ryan mathews
WR - demaryius, jordan matthews, landry, james jones, marvin jones
TE - Gronk

This trade was batted around last night:
I give Gronk, Ivory, Woodhead, Landry, James Jones and possibly Palmer for Antonio Brown, Randall Cobb and Gio Bernard

The trade would leave me extremely thin at RB, but I would potentially have the ability to trade for an RB1, although there's no guarantee with that.

What are your thoughts?

    agreed, terrible trade. I'd rather have Gronk etc than Cobb/Antonio/Gio. You're giving up a TE1, 2 RB2's (one with RB1 upside in Ivory), 2 WR2's and a top 5 QB this year for 2 WR1's and a RB3. If you really want Brown or Cobb, package one of your QB's in Ryan or Palmer, then James Jones and Jordan Mathews.

    i see your point. i'm the TE guru in my league, and gronk is my fav player and the absolute best player at his position in real and fantasy football. in theory, i could trade basically any of my WRs for an RB1, but the teams with the studs may be unwilling to give up the goods, which may screw me in the end. so you would not take this in any circumstance?

    unless you can unload your WR1 in Demaryius plus Palmer, James Jones, Jstew for his Cobb/Antonio. I wouldn't trade Gronk though while depleting your starting RB's

    interesting trade. i'll have to run that by him to see his thoughts. i think he wants gronk in the deal, but i'd be willing to give upDT as well

    You are giving up too much i think! Are you in a ppr? If you are then it is a worse trade.

    only reason i considered it was to be able to make a deal for RB1, which as I said, isn't guaranteed
