I would take the JC side. i think Forsett will lose his starting job to Taliaferro by the end of the season

Depends on the rest of your team but its hard to say no to arguably the best RB in the NFL, there isn't much more that's valuable than that.

I would need to see the rest of your team to be sure but i would initially say no. even when cruz comes back he is no sire thing to stay healthy. forsett has had a slow start but i dont see him continuing it.
