This guy has offered me two trades. The first one is Matt Forte for Golden Tate and Mark Ingram.

The Second one is Mike Evans for Markus Wheaton and Emmanuel Sanders

Any Advice? Should I take One or both or none?

    I wouldn't do either, Golden Tate and Wheaton won't help you and the other parts of the trades are downgrades at your position
