Better receiver to roster - Eddie Royal, Steve Johnson, Marvin Jones, Victor Cruz?

This is for a bench spot (my WR5). I'm looking for a serviceable player and fill in starter as opposed to a sleeper (like a Jeff Janis, Devante Parker or Phillip Dorsett). I currently have Cruz on my roster but all are available in my 10 team half PPR league. Any help is much appreciated.

i'm going with stevie, everything out of their camp is suggest he could have a huge year, he is only 29 years old and is playing with the best qb by far of his career. My brother in-law is a writer for Bolts in Blue (the chargers sb nation page) and he tells me that all the writers for them are freaking out about his potential for this year, even saying that he will out target keenan allen. Johnson put up top 25 WR numbers from 2010-2012 in a situation much worse that the one he has now. could be the steal of the year in ppr.

I think this convinced me. Its time to let go of the hope that ODB/Cruz=Jordy/Cobb might happen...if Cruz was practicing and playing I might wait, but I do like Steve J this year.
