    I don't think you need TE help, but here's what I would do...deal Ertz. Capitalize on his currently high ADP before he people realize that most of Chip's offense rarely runs through his TEs, and get something more valuable in return. Personally, I think you'll be just fine with Eifert and Donnell...but that's just because I'm high on Eifert.
