What do you think of the strategy of drafting both Gronkowski and Jimmy Graham for round 2 & 3?

Unless you are required to start two TE, which I have never seen as a league setting, TE is too shallow...Graham's value (even if surprisingly high in Seattle) will not outshine the other top 10-15 Flex WR or RB you are now facing. Graham's weekly points are not going to significantly outshine TE streamers on a weekly basis. Remember it is a weekly game and the TE position is too risky, up and down on a weekly basis, and considering Graham will be relying even more heavily on TD's for his points this years. It's way too big a risk.

Had a friend who did that last year, he ended up with 3 wins in the entire season. And that was when Gronk had Brady for all 16 games and Graham still had the Brees connection. Drafting two tight ends that early is fantasy suicide.

This is a terrible strategy. Don't draft Jimmy Graham. He's overrated this year. If you can get Gonk in the 2nd, which you can't, then that's fine.

If you take Gronk and Graham in 2 and 3 you're missing out potential top-10 RBs and WRs. Even if they both had huge years, you'd probably end up trading one of them anyway for an upgrade at RB or WR, so why not just take a good, potentially great WR or RB in the first place?

Got lucky and stole Gronk in the 3rd (23rd pick), but RB and WR provide more value to your team than a TE will usually.
