Mike Evans or TY Hilton in Half PPR
I have the 2nd pick in 14 team Half PPR League. I don't know whether to pick Mike Evans or TY Hilton in round 2 of the Draft?Mike Evans seems to have more upside but TY seems safer because of the uncertainty surrounding Jameis?
Any thoughts?

But in a 14 team PPR, honestly, I may tell you to try to shoot for another RB and catch a WR on the 3rd round. Those RBs are gold later in the season.
