Changing level of membership
Is there a way to change next month's membership to a different level or do I just have to cancel the current one and start a new one?

0Michael Worthington (586 Reputation Points)Hey Steve, if you want to upgrade your membership you can do so without having to cancel your current membership. Just hit the 'Upgrade' button next to the plan you want. If you are looking to downgrade your plan, unfortunately, you need to cancel and then sign back up again. There's a quark in the prorating when it comes to downgrading that we haven't solved yet, which is why you can't 'Downgrade' without cancelling and signing back up. Hopefully that will be taken care of in the coming months, but in the meantime that's how you can change plans.1 Comment↳Steve L (500 Reputation Points)thanks
