Please show me a respected site that picked Dayton to beat Ohio State & Syracuse along with the countless other insane upsets like Mercer/Duke & I will gladly refund you for this pointless comment.. Rotoworld, Rotowire. Rotogrinders & of course Number Fire along with many others strictly give us insight into different games along with background information for US as the players to breakdown everything in order to make an informative decision... If anyone is strictly using the recomendation of any of these sites in order to gamble with no insight of their own; than maybe this is not for you. Just as Matt Shaw says above, "Its March MADNESS for a reason," that is the same for any other sport on any given night. Upsets happen alll the time... Quite simply because anyone can be beat on any single night...

I sure hope you don't work for numberfire. Your comments are very unprofessional and rude to a paid subscriber. You offered a product that beat 98% of the brackets last year. Yet I am essentially in last place in a group of ten people? So yes please refund my money for my "pointless comment."

I didn't even have access to the "Numberfire Bracket" but I still did well. You're not necessarily supposed to just punch in the teams and collect your money. You need to interpret the stats and in the end go with your gut. I finished in the 94th percentile on ESPN despite not paying for the content.

March Madness has always been a tumble. I like to say when NCAA Basketball starts, better get out the tums and get ready to piss blood. I use numberFire more as backup reading material (secondary source) and when I need a co-conspirator. Numberfire vs Insider and other incoming date does sometimes conflict and I found that out during NFL fantasy football season. I like to think that numberfire thoughts and feelings and numbers are for lack of a better term "right of center" - in some cases fringe. I take Team Rankings over numberfire but if its close I'll consider numberfire. For NCAA MM tourney, nothing beats scouting games and watching things play out. I Streak for Cash on ESPN and use numberfire in that area at times and it helps. But in terms of making educated guesses, you need to watch when you can, pick only what you know and get use to the art of detachment.

I thought some of the win odds seemed questionable after watching the Kansas/Stanford and Creighton/Baylor games yesterday. I understand that march madness is extremely high variance so anything can happen, but it was obvious within 5 minutes of each of the games which team was favored. Creighton especially looked completely lost in their game. Do these win/loss odds take into account the way 2 teams match up with each other (if so, how?), or is it solely based on their offensive/defensive rankings?

Hi Justin, thanks for writing in. We take them into account in the sense that we'll have historical games where similar teams played each other, and thus we'll know those comparables matched up against each other.

Yeah I agree most of your 5 stars are way off. The over under aren't even close on a few. And my grandma could pick a better bracket. You should offer a discount or money back or you might lose all subscribers

I couldn't agree more. I tried the nba optimal lineup too and lost everyone I played. I can't imagine paying 50 bucks a month for this garbage.

The optimal lineup is a suggestion you have to think outside the box on some picks you cannot go strictly on their lineup
