Week 15 DST

Im having a tough time figuring what defenses to play. I have Denver as my defense but i picked up Buffalo. Im a bit uneasy as the Jags have been playing better in the past couple of games. They are home and the Bills are 1-5 on the road. Any other recommendations? Phili? @ Min or Atl vs Wash (Atl is home) or maybe even Detroit at home against the Ravens.

The Bills have given up some points on the road, but part of that record reflects their offense's lack of success on the road. I like them against the Jags this week, even though the Jags have been playing better. Two things that Buffalo does pretty well are getting after the QB and forcing turnovers. I think they can do those things against the Jags this week, even if they give up some points in the process. If that route makes you nervous, I would go with Atlanta. But that pick is only based on the Redskins recent troubles and being at home. Atlanta makes me more uneasy than Buffalo does this week.

Thanks Danny. But what about Philli. You think if Adrian Peterson is gone, they would have a better game defensively.

No problem. Yeah, I agree that they'll have a better week if AP can't play. But I also think Gerhart would be able to run well enough to open up the passing game a little, and Cassel looked ok last week, despite the weather in Baltimore. Philly isn't a bad play, but I would still put Buffalo a little ahead of them this week, if only because I think Jacksonville on the road is an easier matchup than Minnesota on the road, even without AP.
