Keeper league - who to stash for next year?
12 Team Standard league, get to keep 3 players and give up draft pick 1 spot higher than taken this year. Waiver Wire picks are 15th rounders. What guys have a solid chance at having more value next year rather than now? I am thinking of guys with talent that are backups or rookies right now, so Bryce Brown, Kendall Hunter, guys like them. Or hurt guys. I have Vereen stashed on my IR, but others? Maybe the owner of Jermichael Finley drops him and I scoop him up? Any good ideas?

Ideally you want to keep your best players that you took mid rounds; guys whose value has shot up. For instance if you took Lacy in the 4th, he's a steal in 3rd round next year. Or maybe you drafted Blackmon in the 8th, he's a steal in the 7th next year. Keeping guys like Bryce Brown or Hunter isn't a good idea. You can still draft them in the late rounds again next year. They aren't starters. And no on Vereen or Finley. These are replaceable players.

I am planning on keeping Moreno (10th Round next year) Cecil Shorts (14th round next year) and just looking to have options for keeping. As an example, Ben Tate is a backup now, but will be a free agent and could very well get picked up by Cleveland and be their bell cow. He would certainly be a hell of a steal at a 15th round pick. I am thinking along those lines.
