    On average (total pts/standard league), Foster is only going to get you 3-4 pts more per game than Rice. With that said, Decker will get you more than that over rice lloyd d.avery

    You need help at WR and I think Decker gives you that. Rice is not that much of a difference from Foster so I would do this.
