Both will get a lot of targets I think, Harvin is more explosive.

Harvin, he is the NO.1 WR for Fantasy in my book and in many others and he has MVP talks, He also averages about 12 points a game

Percy Harvin has absolutely no help on that team outside of rb adrian peterson and a tough matchup against seattle. Antonio Brown gets almost no targets inside the red zone, and mike wallace gets most of the deep balls. I'm in a ppr league, and personally AB has failed me too many times to trust him. I'd run with Harvin, as he's explosive and has chances in the return game.

On paper Austin, Maclin and Brown all have decent matchups. You play your "stars" and common sense dictates Harvin, Austin and Maclin imo. Also the steelers are traveling basically last minute to NYG and their usual pre game routines are out of whack. I'd definitely start Harvin and Maclin, and Austin based on the fact he has more upside. I can't check the stats quick, but Brown has basically 3-4 td's in his last 16 games.
