Seattle DEF or Miami DEF

this is a 12 man ppr i feel like i should go with seattle at home but miami got 29 fan points on my bench last week while i got 5 out of seattle getting ripped by stafford, what to do here? please help also dwayne allen with fleener hurt this week or jared cook versus chicago

man, this is tough all sites and projections and rankings point at seattle and they do score big at home cause its so loud there, but i dont know if i want to go against adrian peterson, miami is going to indy but do i want to go against reggie wayne? who do you think is a bigger threat to deffensive fantasy points? reggie wayne or adrian peterson?

After last week's fumble and loss, Adrian Peterson is going to come in mad and do better than anyone is expecting. I don't see a lot of turnovers in that game, so I would go with Miami.

I believe I would stick with the Seattle D. The Colts are tough at home and I think Reggie Wayne is gonna torch Miami. I would go Dwayne Allen as well.
