WR pickups

I have jordy nelson but hes out so i put in josh gordon but idk about him and its gonna rain...so wat WR should i pickup instea of him or keep him? The top 4 WR left in league is Andre Roberts, Brian Hartline, J Kerly, B Gibson

I had Gordon also but the weather in CLE is BAD !! 30+ mph winds and rain. not sure there will be big plays down field. In my league Gibson is gone but i grabbed Givens off the waiver thinking STL will be playing catch up.
