    Although the Eagles are not the best matchup - Ryan was on a huge streak prior. Falcons will really test the other Birds. Generally I would say never sit one of the highest producing QB's for a "what looks good" matchup on a lower ranked QB...but the Titans D is bad & around 27th ranked fantasy QB DEF....

    Personally I would play Mathews.. but this week both are great.. I see Indy/Tenn being close than most think though. I just have more trust in Ryan

    Luck. If you were ever going to play Luck over Ryan it would be this week no doubt.

    Luck. Thats a great point by Greg about the weather in Philly. Also, the Eagles have been really tough against QBs. Ryan grew up as an Eagles fan. He got blown out the last time they came to Philly. And when they played in Atlanta last year, the Falcons only won because Vick got hurt and Turner ran wild. Ryan wasn't impressive.

    Luck is the real deal. And even if he's not, the Colts are throwing the ball constantly this year (as would any team with Donald Brown/Vick Ballard at RB)
