WR/Flex Question - Pick the man to bench

Need 2 WRs and a Flex: Bowe, Maclin, Kerley, Dwyer (I also have B. Lloyd and Britt, but already relegated them to the bench this week)

Bowe - Good matchup, but will Quinn be able to throw it to him?
Maclin - Fully healthy, but can I trust Vick to get the ball to him against ATL?
Kerley - Best active Jets WR, great matchup vs MIA, but hasn't had consistant fantasy production.
Dwyer - Started him last week in a bind with much success, should get a significant workload this week, but facing the #6 run def of Washington and expect the Steelers to air it out.

If Dwyer is still the only healthy back in Pittsburgh, you have to go with him. I would also go with Maclin as he's by far the best WR you listed.
