I'd do it. You are very weak at TE, and you can easily take the losses of Howling and Dreesen for Graham. Amendola is nice to have as an option if Wayne or Megatron falter, but there are always decent WR on the waiver wire.

Looking at your lineup, I think you can afford to get rid of Howling and Dreesen for Graham. You might want to hold on to Amendola though. The WR situation could get bleak if Johnson or Wayne gets hurt and Hill is the only other option.
