Who do you start....Brian Hartline, Cecil Shorts or Phillip Tanner?

1Jay Fisher (500 Reputation Points)Hartline actually has a pretty tough matchup. Cromartie has been very good against opposing #1 WRs since Revis has been out but I don't know if you have enough to warrant benching Hartline. You could make a case for Shorts as he's had some nice games with 10 targets last week and JAX will have to throw but Hartline is the smart play here.
