Questions
Is Stokley a good pick off of waiver going forward? Know he's a bye this week but weak in WRs and seems like Stokely and Manning are now connecting. Bye week trouble and don't know if I should drop Stokely to pick up a better TE.

It all depends on what that leaves you with at WR for the rest of the year (would you ever play Stokley anyway besides on another player's bye week or after injury), your current record (how much do you need to win this week), and your competition (should you win anyway without the upgrade at TE). Without knowing, I don't think Stokley will be all that reliable going forward, but I might be wrong. Finally, you say you want to pick up a better TE, so why don't you just drop the TE that you're scared to play this week.

agree with the other comments....there will be weeks where stokley is productive but there are plenty of other mouths for peyton to feed in DEN

As was mentioned above Decker and Thomas are first in line for targets from Manning so Stokeley is a marginal call at best. What size is your league and roster? No better options?

depends on who you are going to drop for him.. I don't know how consistent he will remain.. Manning spreads the ball around, but still looks towards Thomas/Decker way first.
