Need amendola ppr advice
Got two good answers earlier but really want a consensus.
Im trying to stash Danny while he's hurt as a great 4th receiver to back up my 3 top 5 guys. I also have Arian foster and Ben Tate, but no good defense (PIT). Atlanta defense is on waivers but id need to grab atl now.

Should I: 1) stand pat 2) drop Tate (also have Charles and Doug Martin) for atl, hope Tate doesn't get scooped and drop my current d for him next week, 3) drop amendola for atl, hope amendola doesn't get scooped and drop current d for him next week, or 4) drop Scott chandler and play gimpy Bennett, my least favorite option. Amendola would start for/improve at least one playoff team.

Sounds like you're convinced that Tate will make it through. If so, go for it.

Depends on where you are in your league standings. Fighting for a spot? Pretty sure you're going to make the playoffs? No guarentees that Amendola will be back before the playoffs start (in my league week 13) Otherwise, you can normally get points from just matching up D's vs weak offenses. I had Amendola but couldn't wait and as you feared, he was scooped. However, I was able to pick up Kendall Hunter. And now have Minnesota's D.

I'm 4th, one game behind the leader ad tied with 2 other teams but have more points. But if I get Atlanta d, I can drop this weeks d and pick the same guy up. I think Tate makes it through waivers. Whereas if I cut amendola I think he gets added, so I'd end up with Kendall wright or someone worse to play behind aj green, harvin and Wayne. So it basically comes down to whether Tate will clear waivers or wright is better insurance than amendola. I also have Brandon Gibson. Thoughts?
