Seahawks 2ndary are big n physical, id rather put rudolph in. Vikings play well at home and rudolph is the go to guy in the red zone.

Davis has proven that he can be taken out of games by teams such as the Giants and the Jets (without Revis). He has the higher upside, but I don't see it happening against the Seahawks. He's also been known to go into extended lulls in his play (Having 2 or 3 big games, then not doing much for 5 or 6). And the Seahawks aren't giving up passing TDs either (5 on the season). I'd start Rudolph this week. He's up against the Cardinal, who while aren't a much better offense, have looked weak at time this year. They have given up 75 yards a TD to Gronk and a TD to Kendricks (who?). That means 40% of TDs given up by Arizona this year has been to TEs. Rudolph is also receiving the 2nd most targets per game (6.83 average per game) on the Vikings, and is the primary (and/or only) read in the red zone for Ponder. Rudolph has scored the 3rd most points among TEs over the last 4 weeks, compared to 9th for Davis. Lastly AP is going to be able to run all over the Cardinals (19th ranked run defence), which will help getting the Vikes into scoring position, whereas the Seahawks only have the lowly 2nd, yes second, ranked run defence, meaning the focal point of their offense no longer goes anywhere. If you need example of what happens to the 49ers when they can't run the rock, look at last week vs the Giants, and if you want an example of what happens when teams can't run the ball against the Seahawks, look at week 3 vs the Packers. So one extremely long-winded analysis later, log onto your computer and put Rudolph in your starting lineup.
