Questions
Green or Jones?
I have a high waiver pick this week and am deciding between F Jones and Al Green as RB pickup. Flelix has better schedule RoS but if Murray comes back he is a backup again. Green lead for at least 6 more weeks. Who to try and take?

I would go Alex Green. Green Bay's passing offense is so extreme that opponents have to pay so much attention to it that it leaves less prep time for their rushing game. Something that has yet to be showcased in Alex Green's game though is that he has excellent hands out of the backfield. Green Bay will be utilizing that more often in the passing game in the near future because the game film has not shown that ability as of yet. He will surprise some teams with his ability to catch.

Felix Jones is a good runner but we already have seen him in the starting roll. He has not proven to be a starting back when given that chance and when teams game plan for him he has been stopped. He is more of a home run hitter than Green is but I do not see him remaining the starter for long. Just because Murray isnt going to start does not mean he will not take a significant amount of attempts. Because of the shared time in the backfield I would go with Green as starter as he will garner more carries as the undisputed full time starter. James Starks in the future might challenge him but he is only just getting back to the field and did not look good in his time against Houston.

Thanks. I am favouring Green now due to his longer term role. He is mostly for depth anyway.

It's looking like Jones may be getting the start over Murray this week and Green Bay are and have gone back to last years passing offense. I'd go with Jones...

Tough Call. GB doesn't run the ball enough for me, nor do they check down to their RBs in the flat much. Hopefully after last week, Dallas relies on the run game more. I'm sure Murray will always be the one-back, but right now I'd take my chance with Felix Jones. He's proven and still healthy. They just need to use him.
