Questions
Can some one explain to me the waiver list for yahoo?
These are the choices:

-Continual rolling list: waiver claims are processed in waiver priority order and each successful claim moves a manager to the end of the waiver priority list
-Reverse order of standings: waiver claims are processed in reverse order of standings and successful claims do not affect waiver priority list
-Weekly rolling list based on standings: waiver claims are processed in reverse order of standings and each successful claim moves a manager to the end of the waiver priority list

Which one do you guys think is the fairest?

I think the continual rolling list is the fairest as well, combined with a budget that each team has for waiver pickups.

I think the first one is the fairest as I don't believe the current standings should have any bearing on the waiver order. For example, let's say one manager picks a bunch of players that are coming back from injury in the draft (Ryan Mathews, Mendenhall, etc). By doing this, they know they are sacrificing the first few games, but will make up for it later in the year. It doesn't seem fair to me that this manager would get the pick of the litter the first few weeks (Alfred Morris, etc) just because of this decision.
