PPR: Start LaRod Stephens-Howling or William Powell?

no one worth picking up off of waive. i had benson and mjd last week, but the injury and bye killed me. I picked up jahvid best and will likely pick up donald brown. My weakest spot is 2RB.

Tricky one this. Neither has really got the job as lead back so there isn't cub to go on. I just shade Powell. Although both are risky TBH.
