No PPR, 1 point per 25 return yards (thus making Cobb viable), standard scoring otherwise.

    I usually don't like starting a WR at flex, but I have no faith in Leshoure. I also don't know how many targerts Cobb will get, so I would go with the for sure #1 WR in Tampa Bay, Vincent Jackson.
