Questions
Should I trade Michael Turner, Marques Colston & Mikel LeShoure for Lesean McCoy?
Then I'd still have MJD, Ahmad Bradshaw, and Alfred Morris left for RBs, and Larry Fitzgerald, G Jennings, and Desean Jackson for WRs. Any other trades you guys see?

Standard non-PPR scoring league, 10 teams, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex RB/WR

Dude, no brainer right now. Turner is a plodder, and while I have LeShoure in both my leagues and believe he has high upside, he is not established. McCoy is a top 3 back and has potential to be #1 if Andy Reid used him correctly. If you can start MJD and McCoy, and Morris or Bradshaw in Flex, you are going to be ahead of your opponent on paper every week for sure. Jennings is your weak link, but you can sit him till he returns and play Fitz and DJax.

I think I agree with you. The differential between Colston and either DJax or Jennings is lower than the differential between LeSean and Bradshaw/Turner/LeShoure? I also have Brady as my QB and Tony Gonzalez as my TE, so I don't need to waste my bench spots for QBs/TEs and can pick up speculative WRs.

Colston has been hurt, and goes for either 20 or 3. Mccoy is double digits every week and has yet to really fire it up. DJax has been more consistent this year than Colston. Jennings should return to WR1 status when healthy, and in contract year, so he will need to catch up and prove himself to finish the year. I'd much rather have McCoy than any of the 3 you are losing.

    Great analysis, Tommy!

How can you guys really think Bradshaw is better than Turner!! Bradshaw has 3 maybe 4 good games a season!!! and look at what turner and McCoy have done point wise in fantasy.. No difference! I would rather trade away Bradshaw and LeShoure for McCoy and keep Turner at flex

It's a wash. If he can package Bradshaw/Leshoure instead of Turner, sure that is probably better. But either way he would start McCoy + MJD + Morris every week, so Leshoure/Turner/Bradshaw are otherwise rendered irrelevant other than bye weeks. And just like investing - past performance (first 5 weeks) are not indicative of what could happen the next 11 weeks - McCoy should dominate Turners numbers in the end, unless Andy Reid is an idiot or Vick loses another 100 fumbles which hurts offensive possessions.

no way....Colston is a beast, 40 points last week. Saints will figure it out and we all know Brees is gonna b bombs away all season

agree completely.. I think these guys are forgetting that Colston was hurt those first 2 weeks when he barely scored points. SInce he has been healthy though.. Damn I want him o my team.

Maybe make this deal if you are in a Keeper league. Otherwise I don't think it makes your team any stronger. You need Colston for WR depth with Jennings battling injuries.

Don't you think LeSean is a big upgrade vs starting some combo of Turner, LeShoure or Bradshaw? I figure i can made a trade for a decent WR with Bradshaw, Jennings and Desean, no?

Personally, I would not...No way! The Falcons will blow out a lot of their opponents this year and will need to kill the clock with ball control, that being, Michael Turner. Colston has clearly become Brees' #1, as LeShoure is in Detroit. Tha being said, looking over your roster, it could'nt hurt. Just seems like a lot to give up.

That's a whole lot to give up for McCoy..

Look at McCoy's numbers so far and decide if the extra he brings over Turner will offset what you lose in Colston. I would do it in a keeper league though, because Turner is in decline.

NO way!!! Turner is a good RB2 flex option while when Healthy you start Colston every week!! You would be giving up way too much. If you look at fantasy points turner and McCoy really have not done that much different... and Colston come on.. Looks what he has done last 2 weeks since he has been fully healthy!! much better than most WR's!!! HE is also a favorite target on a team that throws more than times a game. You are nuts!! I would use Bradshaw/LeShoure for McCoy.. keep turner for Flex.

I would much rather have a superstar staring for me than a couple of better than average but not great guys sitting on my bench.
McCoy is auto points every week, no having to think about whether you are gonna play him, those other guys are gonna be so hit or miss.
